The following martial arts systems are incorporated in our self-protection combative techniques: Jeet Kune Do, Jujitsu, Ninjitsu, Kung Fu, Karate, Judo, Krav Maga, and or Sylat Knife Techniques.

Our veteran's martial arts program has been proven to assist in healing the physical, mental and spiritual losses caused by PTSD, traumatic brain injury, physical injury recovery and many other issues - in all walks of life.

The short and long-term benefits are realized through consistent physical practice, upper and lower body movement, breathing, decision making, balance, distance, timing and the evaluation process of when to passively or actively defend one's self.

The camaraderie, brotherhood/sisterhood, discipline and balance required in Martial Arts training are similar to military training. Martial also contain the characteristics required to handle the stresses of daily life.

Our curriculum include the study of self-defense tactics and, also the use of self-protection by means of combative martial arts techniques. Please read the following program eligibility requirements before submitting your request for additional information. 

  • For the purposes of eligibility to participate in this program proof of military service will be required upon enrollment. The definition of a Veteran is: a person who served in the active military service and who was discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable.
     
  • This program is also open to First Responders, proof of service is required. The definition of a First Responder is a person (such as a police officer, fire fighter, or an EMT) who is among those responsible for going immediately to the scene of an accident or emergency to provide assistance.
     
  • Current military service members are welcome to participate in this program, proof of service is required. The term "Servicemember" means a member of the "uniformed services", consisting of the armed forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard), the Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Services.
     
  • All participants enter the program as a white belt, with the exception of those individuals who hold the rank of Grand Master, Master or 1st Degree or higher in a form of “combative martial arts”. Examples of combative martial arts are: Jeet Kune Do, Jujitsu, Ninjitsu, Kung Fu, Karate, Judo, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, and or Sylat Knife Techniques. You will be asked for proof of certification and be asked to interview with a member of our evaluation board.
     
  • All claims of special ops duty / affiliations, special team assignments, or the like will be verified though proper channels.
